Email was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times

Good afternoon,

One of our members is receiving the following kickback message and not receiving our group emails:

loganmacmillan@centurylink.net was skipped because it has previously bounced too many times. Please visit support.toastmastersclubs.org and post a support request message for more information.

The email "loganmacmillan@centurylink.net" is a valid member email. Any assistance with adding that email as a safe email would be greatly appreciated.

The emails to loganmacmillan@centurylink.net were blocked by their email service saying they were receiving spam from your website what have you been emailing?

The Bounce Count for Email Address [loganmacmillan@centurylink.net] has been reset to zero.

Thank you. We only send out our weekly meeting agendas, Zoom invites and requests to substitute roles.

It is possible that the Zoom invites could be targeted as spam by spam blockers.
