I am starting a club and would like to know if I can get a FTH site now to promote it.
I am just starting the promotion process and would love to use the FTH platform to launch informational meeting notices and agendas.

Use the link on the form ( www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/ ) to request a site for a club that is not yet chartered. As long as a club number has been assigned you can have a FTH site.

I did this and it said there is no club with that number in Find-A-Club.
I have a number, but find-a-club does not show it.

You entered the form for a chartered club. Look for the link for the Uncharted Club Website request... Click the link and it opens a 2nd pop-up form for the Unchartered Club request.

I realize it may seem a bit confusing... I am working on revising the request form to make it less so... form update just not done yet.
