Add Evaluator role for Table topics Master and Speech Evaluator

Please add Evaluator role for Table Topics Master and Speech Evaluator.

Level 3 in Pathway requires a member to be a evaluated as a Table Topics master
Level 1 in Pathway requires a member to be evaluated as a Speech Evaluator

Because this is not an option in the agenda, we track separately on an excel spreadsheet. We would like to have this included in the Agenda so software can track all roles.
