Is possible to get a list of speeches out of the past meeting agenda

I hope you are doing well! Many of my clubs have been heavily relying on the feature called Meeting Agenda a lot. We love many features it comes with, especially it is also linked to Pathways. All prepared speeches can be listed out clearly with Path, Level, and Project, plus the evaluation form to that specific project. I appreciate the efforts to make this so robust!

I would like to see whether it is possible to generate a list of prepared speeches in the past based on the past meeting agenda? We are trying to find a better way to track members' progress. We seem to have all of the information we need in our meeting agenda database. But, we don't know how to extract the data out of it effectively. Do you have any suggestion?

Another related question:
Is it possible to turn the report into an excel file?
We are thinking of tracking each member's progress at the website, so it is visible to everyone. But we haven't found a way to do it yet. If you have any feature that track progress online or a suggestion how to do it effectively. We would love to hear them. Thanks a lot for your great help here!

There is an Excel based role tally report, that is for all the members and all the roles.

As far as the speech report, there is not an excel report at this time. You could always just copy/paste from the HTML report since the information is in a table in the report. (copy/paste table to Excel usually works fine)

Feel free to suggest new reports in the Improvement Suggestions section of these forums. I do have limited spare time to dole out, but I am interested in what new features users think they might find useful. I cannot always get to things quickly, but I do review past posts for improvement suggestions.

I would like to double check with you about the speech report. One of VPEs told me that the speech report was helpful, but it may not always be accurate. I think some speeches were still updated at the very last minute. The report may not always catch the latest information. Were you aware of this? Thanks a lot. Jin

As long as the VPed does their task after the meeting and inputs any last minute changes the reports will be accurate.....

In days past the members manual was the only valid tracking of the members speeches, but Pathways does not collect any of that information ...... DUH!
