Paypal payment to treasurer forwarder not received - due to spam filter?

A new member to our club sent a payment using Paypal to our club treasurer's forwarder email (i.e. treasurer-7730542@toastmastersclubs.org) on May 23. Our treasurer reported that she did not receive it. I logged into my own paypal account and sent a $1 test payment to the same email address and the treasurer said she did not receive that one either. We verified with the new member that she had sent the email payment through Paypal to the correct address. The treasurer checked her gmail spam filter and verified she had not received any email notification from paypal for either the real payment or the test payment. We sent test emails to the treasurer-7730542@toastmastersclubs.org address and veriifed that they went to her gmail account as expected.
We are trying to determine if the paypal payment was culled out by the spam filter. Would it be possible for you to check?
I have attached screenshots with the hopefully pertinent information:
1. SpamAssassin setting is 5
2. sender of payment was seeing4me@gmail.com (Margaret Andris). The email notification from paypal is service@intl.paypal.com
3. the recipient address that Margaret sent to was treasurer-7730542@toastmastersclubs.org. This email is forwarded to our treasurer Tanya Biesenthal at tanya.biesenthal@gmail.com
Please advise. We would prefer not to have the member send payment again if possible especially if the whereabouts of the payment sent through Paypal is unknown!

Many clubs have put paypal on their block lists because of spam and unwanted emails.
You need to put the paypal from address on the email white list for your club.

Is there any way to check the spam email to recover the email or is it gone forever?

You do not need to receive the paypal email for the money to be in the receiving paypal account.
Just log into paypal and the money should be there.
