How to change master agenda template to list new club officers

I am the incoming club president. We need to set up our agendas on the calendar for the new club year,
with our first meeting tomorrow (July 6). The master agenda template automatically lists the outgoing officers.
We need to change this, but I cannot find where to do this either in the documentation or within the on-screen controls.

Our outgoing president, VPE, and secretary all left the club a few months ago, so I am asking here. Can you help?
There does not seem to be a doc for this.
