Error Updating the Club Dues Notice Info

I am the Treasurer for Toastmasters Club 6104644 Macomb Motivators. When I attempt to update the Club Dues Notice Info, I receive the 
following error message:

*** DATA TRANSFER ERROR ***

JavaScriptFunction=DuesTool[updateduesinfo]
Status=error
Error=-

Please advise.
