Email skipped because it bounced too many times

Hello, 

My club's VPE received the following message regarding my email address:

From: "FreeToastHost Server" <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>

Subject: [FreeToastHost] Message Not Delivered: BSB TMC, link to meeting

Date: November 4, 2021 at 6:36:40 PM EDT

To: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I have not been able to receive any correspondence from our club since then. I have since added @toastmastersclubs.org to my whitelist, I am using a Mac OS and using Google Chrome as my browser and recently cleared my cache.

I checked the nature of the last error message that we save for bounces, and found the following:

Your email message to tinalh.71@gmail.com could not be delivered
and was returned to the FreeToastHost server. Details are as follows:

Recipient Email Address: tinalh.71@gmail.com
Email Subject: EU Business Register 2021/2022
Date Sent: Wed, 3 Nov 2021 23:57:00 +0100

Diagnostic Code: 552-5.7.0 This message was blocked because its content presents a potential
Delivery Status: 5.7.0 securityerror
Date Last Attempted: Thu, 4 Nov 2021 05:55:27 GMT

As per  support.google.com/mail/?p=BlockedMessage , the message to you contained something that Google does not like and that is why they bounced it back to the FTH server.  In this case, the FTH server is just the go-between, and it is stopping sending email to an email address that has bounced back a number of times in order to protect the email reputation of the server.  
  • The Bounce Count for Email Address [tinalh.71@gmail.com] has been reset to zero.
  • However, if you do not address the root issue (whatever was sent to you that Google does not like), this could happen again.
  • You may also want to create contacts in Gmail for server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org so that Google knows these are safe senders.
