Is it possible to tailor the label for the email sender and the subject when sending the invoice? If so, how can I do it?

Hi,
Please note that a club number is helpful to us for crafting a reply, though in this case your request is not club-specific so I can without that number at least get you pointed in the right direction.
It looks like you want to add fields in the dues invoice sent by the treasurer.  The online documentation page at support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dues-renewal-app should answer your query.  If you are seeking to customize the Subject line, I believe you can not.  It apears to be hard coded to be "Dues Renewal Invoice for [CLUBNAME]"  Likewise, the Sender is apparently fixed at "treasurer-[CLUBNUMBER]@toastmastersclubs.org".

Unfortunately, this doesn't address my question. I've set-up the email already. However, when people receive the email it has this long email that doesn't make it clear where it's coming from.

I'd like to have the email sender which currently is treasurer#### to reflect "Treasurer [Club Name] or have the flexibility to relabel the email so the recipient sees the name of the club vs the email address.

You still have not provided your club number so all we can do is tell you to read the documentation.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for but here is the number I know: PMI NYC Toastmasters Club (#5224975).

Help me understand, please.  You wrote, in relevant part, "However, when people receive the email it has this long email that doesn't make it clear where it's coming from."  By "long email" do you mean "long e-mail address" or are you addressing the length of the body of the e-mail?
I'm the treasurer of a club, and the recent invoice sent out has, for the subject, "Dues Renewal Invoice for We The Speakers."  I find that to be a clear indicator of "where it's coming from."

While I do understand that you would 'like to have the email sender which currently is treasurer#### to reflect "Treasurer [Club Name]" or have the flexibility to relabel the email so the recipient sees the name of the club vs the email address,' which the system does not at present afford, I do not understand the real "problem" here, unless it's simply a preference issue.  The subject line does include the club name, and the From e-mail address does include "treasurer" and the club number.  Using my club again as an example, it's "treasurer-9376@toastmastersclubs.org"

I believe you now have all the information about this that we can provide.  If you are adamant about being able to customize the subject and sender e-mail fields I would suggest starting a new topic, but rather under the Improvement Suggestions category rather than Support Requests.

Regards,
Art
