Hello Brian,

Are the attachments correct regarding our DNS settings for private domain.
Also where is the email blacklist and how do I remove my yahoo.ca email from it?

Brian might be able to tell at a glance but I need to look at my club's GoDaddy account (which I cannot do at the moment) to verify how it should look.

However, it looks like you're missing one of the three required A records. (red one below)

• domain.ext A 50.19.253.65              (This directs internet traffic using your custom domain name to the FreeToastHost server.)
• www.domain.ext A 50.19.253.65     (This lets you use www. with your custom domain name.)
• mail.domain.ext A 50.19.253.65      (This is used with the MX record below to enable email to get to the FreeToastHost server for processing.)

For the MX record the name is 10 and your value setting is correct. Priority should default to 0 since there shouldn't be any other MX (Mail Exchange) records on this domain.

Once you have all four DNS records configured and have added your custom domain on the 'Basic Settings' tab we'll be able to check it on the FTH admin side.

In your website admin panel go to 'Email & Contact Forms' > 'Email Security' tab. Here you can see and edit blacklisted email addresses. Your yahoo.ca address isn't the only one listed there.

That needs to be 50.19.253.65
