Print function for meeting agendas

HI there,

I am Karen Semprevivo from the Blue Ox Toastmasters/ I noticed that print preview, the meeting agenda cuts off the last items on the meeting agenda, while the entire agenda shows up in in the browser's print preview. I have tried editing the meeting agenda but nothing seems to work. Specifically, the Blue Ox meeting agenda shows an ending time of 12:45 p.m. but inside FTH3, the print function stops at 12:25 p.m. I thought it was because of the 20 minutes alloted to the busines session which equals the amount of time between the two times, but it doesn't matter what number I put into the Business Session, it still shows and prints short..BTW, the meeting agendas are printing correctly and their meeting formats are similar..

How does this get fixed?

Your browser controls the printing, resizing is a function of the print function.

Your other choices is to remove some of of the roles or print will create multiple pages.
