Member does not receive reset password email

New member received the opt-in email and successfully responded. On initial log on did not receive the reset password link email. I deleted the user and reinstated them and same result. Can send other emails to user and they receive them, but they cannot set their password. Email: mattkohn@hotmail.com

Have your administrator, when logging in, take a look at the message "[Wed, 30 Mar 2022 22:42:11 UTC, FreeToastHost System Warning]".  It reveals that the provided Hotmail address has bounced too many times and Spamhaus is blocking things (and suggests a remedy).  I just reset the bounce counter, but you may have a more serious problem that this bandage won't fix.
