New member cannot create account / password was created by BrickellTM
We have a new member who was just approved for admission to our Chapter who say the authentication process is not working: the link in the email she received for setting a password returns an error message saying her Session ID is not valid. I know you ask that Support Requests be submitted in the Forum (presumably so others can see issues and their solutions), but I'm reluctant to post a member's personal information in a public forum. If you need her name to research and troubleshoot, please reach out directly / privately to the email ID used to create the Support Account for our Chapter (7619). Thank you.

The only support we provide is via these forums, as we are all volunteers.

I suppose by this you mean your club number is 7619, if you could provide the members first name it always helps.
At this time all the members in the membership list have been approved.
The sessionid link is only valid for ONE click and cannot be reused.

First name is Salome. Yes she appears as Approved on the Roster, after having been added manually recently. She says the link to create her password didn’t work. Can a new one be sent?

I'm sorry, but this new member and all club officers who have looked into this -- including our VP of Membership, who is an IT wizard -- are completely baffled, stumped, and tearing our hair out over this. What we're telling you is: THE SYSTEM DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE WORKING. She has read the material on the links provided, followed all instructions, and still cannot log-in for the first time to our Chapter Website. Please, PLEASE -- help us resolve this! Are you available for an live Zoom screen-share session? This has not happened with any other member, and so appears to be unique to her, requiring individualized attention. Thanks in advance.
