Hello Brian -
Yes, we are still having difficulty using the FreeToastHost server to send to KP.org addresses. I did not receive the email myself at deborah.s.ling-grant@kp.org. Plus Kelley.N.Mizukami@kp.org also did not receive it. Message below.Your email message to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. could not be delivered and was returned to the FreeToastHost server. I think you are running into the issue of the spam software being too smart.
It will not accept email To a KP.org email address From a KP.org email address that has passed through another server.

Have you reviewed the documentation on ensure email goes through?

Hi Brian,
That is an interesting thought. We have successfully sent emails from KP address to KP addresses through the FTH server in the past. However, perhaps there have been additional firewalls or security applied recently. Perhaps there is a way for me to enable communications from my KP email through another server to other KP emails if I allow the FTH server. I will check with my IT dept to see if they can enable.
