If a member forgets their username/user ID, is there a way for the site admin to lookup usernames?

Usernames are optional and FTH site log-in is always available with the member name.

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/browsing-and-logging-in

The site admin can look up usernames by going to Membership Management and click on 'View/Edit Profile'. If a member has one in use it will be visible here.

I'm not sure! im new here in the toast host to be honest, but that seems like a good question. I also have a question that would be similar. Where do we go to find the exact date that we officially became apart of toastmasters?

That information will be in your profile on toastmasters.org

In the case of a club, it will be in dashboards.toastmasters.org (You'll need to look up your District and Club number.)
