Help with Accessing Officers.org Toasthost Email

Hi team,
I am reaching out to get assistance with accessing emails to our officers-940911@toastmastersclubs.org? Our treasurer has set-up a Zoom account with this email so all officers can access, and we would not require use of a personal email. We can no longer access our zoom account without a verification code, which is being emailed to the officers.org email listed above. We've checked, but none of our officers can see it. Is there a way for our officers to access the email mailbox directly or for the team here to check it?

The officers- email address is not a publicly accessible email address.  Only members can send email to it, not Zoom.

Thank you for the quick response on this. I'll make sure to inform the rest of our club so we can work on getting the Zoom account email updated.

Using an archive email address is a good way to have a fully functional email account that's not tied to a specific member.
