Unable to open downloaded files from member downloads on my MacBook Air

I am unable to open a file from Member Downloads on my Apple MacBook Air.  I am using Safari as my browser.

 

What is your club number?

Could you please check to see if you still have the issue when using a different browser?  (e.g. FireFox)  

We need to determine if the issue is specific to one browser type.

I tried a different browser  Firefox. Same problem.  When I try to download it is then changed to a html.  I believe the format is  not compatible with Mac.  It worked fine until I believe an update was completed on the file manager.

Are you seeing any error messages or something displayed on the screen?

Some of our FTH ambassadors use Macs... I am curious if they are also seeing the issue.

5281 is not a valid club number for a FTH website.   Please provide a valid club number.
