Repeat SPAM from similar email address

We're receiving SPAM emails from someone who changes one part of their email.  They're using our 'contact us' form, which seems to bypass the SPAM filters.  We keep marking the email as spam and adding the various versions of the email to our block list.  Here's a sample of the email addresses being used:

harrywilliamwork4@gmail.com
harrywilliams.mkt04@gmail.com
harrywilliams.web@outlook.com

Is there a way to do a global block with using asterix in the email (i.e. harrywilliam*.*), or something similar?
