Having trouble adding member

Hi,

I have tried repeatedly  to add new member deanna vestal as a member. I input at quick add:  Deanna Vestal deanna.vestal@cpdonline.net  but she does not show then as a member.
My club is number 1774612 Lone Star Intl in Cypress TX 832-541-0877

Deanna had been added to the Former Members list. Her name has a line through it and the addition is about to expire. Probably the easiest way to proceed is to leave it for a day or two and then try again.

Check that you are adding to the correct list (Members, Guests etc) when using the Quick Add tab. It's easy to overlook, and you are not the only one who's added someone to the wrong list.

Thanks for the info. I tired again to add Deanna and she shows up with line through her name.

She has to approve by clicking the link in the email
