Deanna had been added to the Former Members list. Her name has a line through it and the addition is about to expire. Probably the easiest way to proceed is to leave it for a day or two and then try again.
Check that you are adding to the correct list (Members, Guests etc) when using the Quick Add tab. It's easy to overlook, and you are not the only one who's added someone to the wrong list.
