special characters printing name tags

I am having trouble printing the names on name tags for these two.  what do I need to do to fix this.
Ren    should be René  and Judica should be Judicaël.    This is on Speaking Done Here Toastmasters 302 I am also a member of this club as well as Prince Albert Toastmasters 1318.    sdh.toastmastersclubs.org/

I see the issue and poked around but don't have a suggestion. @FTH team; In addition to MM, these two names appear correctly in other places; member access log, printed agendas, and via web page variables. (I dropped a temporary VPM variable on their info page to take a peek at it)

Use your OS system keyboard to type the name in With the accent, or use the ASCII code.
