New Member (Michelle Carpenter) can't get into the Lansing Yawn Patrol website. She has forgotten her password and isn't getting an email to reset it. mcarpenter@dartbank.com.

I see a successful email delivery to her today in the FTH email logs but it's not a password reset email. The member access log in your site shows that she hasn't yet logged into the site. She did accept the opt-in at some point (there's no strikethrough on her name in Membership Management) so she evidently has previously received email from FTH.

Please ask her to run the password re-set process again;

She may also need to white list the FTH address. See instructions here;
