There are two issues here:
1 - Your member's name has not been entered as Mary on your club website, so if she is trying to access the site as Mary, she won't get to it - she'll have to use her email address. If the name needs to be changed, that can be done by someone with Membership Management access, or by the member in her profile once she has logged in.
2 - she seems to have passed the opt-in phase, so she'll need to refer to steps 1-3 at the bottom of this documentation for login instructions:

Simply enter her email address in the top box (her name won't work until it is fixed) and leave the bottom one empty, then click authenticate....
