Hello, we have our local website on EST and our agenda starts at 7pm yet it's appearing on our toasthost calendar as 3pm? Please advise, thank you.

When did you last change your time zone?  After changing the time zone you'll need to save any agendas to get them in synch.  
I've saved the 8 April agenda for club 3981 - it now shows correctly on the calendar
