'Invalid/Non-functioning E-mail

Good Day
I am having problems with registering a new member on FTH. I keep getting a message that 'Invalid/Non-functioning E-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)' Yet they use their email for everything and we are emailing back and forth on that email. What can I do? The IP address related to this email is blocked by FTH's firewall due to hacker activity.

Sorry, we'll need to wait for an admin to look at it.
