Club 1048 member opted out accidentally, cannot re-enter information

Club #1048 belltower.toastmastersclubs.org.  A club member opted out of the site accidentally and I cannot re-enter her information so she can opt back in.

There shouldn't be any need to re-enter information. The member's details will have been moved to the Former Members tab. You can move them back again from there to the Members tab.
