Emails sent by officers arrive to member inboxes from non-member address.

Hello,
This pertains to Soaring Eagles Club #1458900

I am the FTH Admin. & Club Secretary

When we receive emails sent via FTH, they  arrive from members of a completely different club: Speakers Forum Club #9338. They used to come from David Dai. Then Lisa Fairchild became Speakers Forum Admin. This is what shows up in Soaring Eagles member incoming email list:

When we open the email, it shows it's from Stephanie Butler, the Speakers Forum Secretary.

Neither Stephanie Butler, nor Lisa Fairchild are members of Soaring Eagles. I am a member of both clubs but am not an Admin or officer of Speakers Forum.

Can you please help me sort this out?

Email clients sometimes make assumptions of who owns an email address. Adding a contact to the email client usually corrects the issue.
