Edit Agenda Icon No Longer Present on Website

When logged in under my username (not as site admin) I am no longer seeing the edit agenda icon. I was able to see/use this icon ~2 weeks ago. I am club secretary and my site admin did confirm the setting for allowing club officers to edit the agenda was checked (and I am on the officer list). 

Please assist.

Up to 3 officers (not all of them) can be given edit access to each module.  The admin always has access to all modules.
For agendas there are additional edit access options.  The President has access, and access can also be given to certain agenda roles - usually to the Toastmaster of the meeting, and any other roles as set up in your club templates.  Edit access can be granted (by someone who already has access) to other roles for a specific agenda if required.
