Opt-In Question

When one of our members tried to opt-in, she received a message that she had already opted-in. However, I (Club Treasurer) received an email that she "declined" the opt-in feature. When I looked for her name in the free-toast host website in the membership section, it was no longer there. How can I get her to opt-in at this point?

Re-add her to the FTH site, and walk her through clicking the correct link.

Remember Toastmasters International also sends an email for their site.
