Reinstate an old Toastmasters club Free toast host website

Brampton Talks TM Club 6623298 had a free toast Host website that had a paid domain and now it no longer is active. I would like to create a new Free Toast Host Website for Brampton Talks TM. This is the old address

6623298 website points to easy speak and the site is still active

6623298.toastmastersclubs.org/ is the FTH and it is active.

As far as the custom domain goes that is the clubs responsibility. We have no information on the custom domain.
