URGENT! Can't access membership management and get an error msg
1 year 6 months ago
Three of our club officers share our website admin email and password. We've had no problems sharing the website administrator ID and password up until now. All three of us update the website and need access to the administrator console. We all get the same error message (image attached)
Here's what happens to me:
1. I can log in using the admin ID and password.
2. I can launch the admin console.
3. I can access the Website Settings module. I have problems accessing the Membership Management module, which is what I use most of the time.
4. When I choose Membership Management I get the error shown below. If I click on OK, the system bounces me out. If I wait long enough, the error disappears The system "spins" and then comes back without showing the list of members.
5. I have experimented with logging in and accessing other admin console modules. I get the same error the first time I attempt to go to another module. If I wait for the message to disappear and access a module, most likely I end up with no user data showing.
6. I did use the option to "Reload the website from the server". It didn't make the error message go away. I cleared my browsing data and cookies. No help.
7. Browser is Chrome. I'm working from a desktop PC.
Please advise as soon as possible.
Thank you!

Whoever added the images to your home page did it incorrectly. I have removed the incorrect images.
Please have them read the documentation.

Thank you. I usually handle the home page update, but, I will provide training on adding images to the home page and supervise this activity more closely. It was a last minute update and I didn't know that she didn't know how to proceed. (Now I'm wondering what she did.) I would never have thought that an incorrect image would interfere elsewhere in the site functionality.
Thank you!
