Name not showing up on username drop down menu

My name is no longer showing up (auto filling) in the username field when I try to log into our club site (Mutual Voices). Also, I tried to use my email address instead, but that did not work. I get this error message:
You must select your name from the displayed drop down list for the login to be accepted. Start typing your name or e-mail, then select your name from the list. If your name does not appear, then the admin has not entered your contact information into this website yet.
I am a current/paid member of the club - so I don't know why this is happening. Do you know what the issue is and how to fix it?

A possible reason; if you've recently received club email with the 'Not a member?' link at the bottom, your account may have been inadvertently moved to the Former Members list. If this is the case, someone with access to Membership Management needs to move it back to the members list.

You're in the Former Members list. The site admin, and your club also grants Membership Management access to VPM, VPE and VPPR. One of these people can move you back to the Members tab.
