Year to Date calendar?

I realize when a member is scheduled for a role you can see now many times they've been scheduled in that role in this year (assuming Calendar year).

Is it possible to get an .xls download that is a listing of year to date, each meeting as a column, each row is a role, and who performed that role for that meeting?

I'd like to see what our year to date role usage has been.  That will help with me creating agendas for the next 3-4 months.

Have you looked at the Meeting Role Tally report?  That does most of what you want.  It doesn't drill down to individual meetings, but gives you the total number of times the role has been taken by each member.  You can use the default start of year or edit the start date.  Documentation here:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/r...ts-and-signup-sheets

The Forward Planner (Multiple Meeting Signup sheet) provides forward role assignments on a week by week basis
 

Pam, I haven't looked there.  But I'm trying to figure out the cadence and how frequently, or recently someone filled a role. Especially for speeches, but also for Toastmaster and evaluator roles.

Please look at the existing reports, that is exactly what the role tally report is for.

Not quite on the target.  The report shows how many times someone has performed the role in the last year.  What I'm looking for is how frequently they've been filling a certain role.

i.e. when were their speeches this year?  How frequently are their speeches or that they've been serving as Toastmaster.

You can adjust the start date for the report if you want the frequency over a shorter/longer period
You can check the actual dates for any role for member on the meeting role report
