Toastmaster meeting management: role assignment

We need our toastmasters to be able to assign roles within their meetings to other members. Is this possible?
I see that under meeting agenda settings there is an option "The person assigned to this role can edit this meeting agenda", so we can have toastmasters assigned for a specific meeting edit the agenda, but this editing does not seem to include editing the role assignments. Please advise
