Access to our Club FreeToastHost website is not working since today Feb. 5, 2025

Access to our Club FreeToastHost website www.club-excellence.org is not working since today Feb. 5, 2025.
We are the Club Excellence Toastmasters Club #7701 based in Montreal, QC, Canada.
We are looking for assistance with getting back our access to our club website, which has been working without any problems for many years.

Since your "safe" URL of 7701.toastmastersclubs.org/ does correctly point to your club's FTH home page, you should probably review your custom domain at www.club-excellence.org and see if you have payment/renewal issues there.

I will try to get in touch with the people who have set this up. Unfortunately, they are not anymore in the club.

I am still trying to find out about who has access to our domain www.club-excellence.org .
In the meantime, I would like to know where the webpages of our FreeToastHost website are hosted.

All FTH sites are at 50.19.253.65. There are no folders containing site files like a normal web host. FTH is a giant database.

There's a place in the admin console to store custom domain account info. Unfortunately it's empty for your club. (I looked)

There are a number of people in your Former Members list. Perhaps that could help provide direction for your search.

Trying to access your site shows that it is held by Go Daddy and has expired, although a Whois search shows that it was updated 31 Jan 25 and expires 31 Jan 26

Your DNS settings aren't right (possibly lost during the expiration).  You'll need to change them (or get your provider to assist) as shown in table 1.2 on this page:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview
