Over the last week none of the emails sent to members@cuatnoon.com or officers@cuatnoon.com have been reaching our members.
I normally get the message in my inbox when I send, but not for the past week.

Our domain is paid for until Feb 2027 so that shouldn't be the issue.

Please check your DNS settings for your custom domain.  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

Your www record looks wrong.  Also remove any superfluous records e.g. you have an MX0 record
