Deleting a closed club website

I'm not sure if I submitted my post correctly or not - if so please forgive me!

I'm trying to delete my old club's site - I can't tell what's generating a lot of spam as well as an IRS inquiry coming my way, but we haven't been meeting in years so the site needs to go away. It's  916914.toastmastersclubs.org/

Let me know if there's a procedure to go through to close the site,
