Logged in as Admin for eastwoodtm.toastmastersclubs.org.
Updating Home Page to remove one image in the middle.
Clicked Save.
Received error message:
 
Clicked ok to reload.
Followed the same steps with no issue.

When did your issue 1st occur? 24 March. I may have had the message end of last week, but reload made the error message disappear and I couldn't remember the details.
What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using?  Windows 10, MS Edge Version 134.0.3124.83 (Official build) (64-bit)
Did you refresh your browser cache? No
Are your cookies enabled? Yes

Has the image been removed successfully?  It might have been a temporary conflict.  I managed to make a change, save, and change back with no problem.
If you are still having the problem, let us know which image you want deleted
