One of my advanced clubs SuperDTMs wants me to setup a FTH site. When fill out the request form it tells me that club # 07026328 does not exist. Attached is the screen shot from Find-a-Club as proof of life. Any suggestions?

FTH doesn't use leading zeros but I think the site request form ignores them anyway.

Use the Unchartered Club Website request form. This one circumvents issues with auto-verification and the only difference is FTH admin manually verifies the club at TI to approve the request.
