One club member cannot sign in

Greeting,

The club number is 5433, Greater Issaquah Toastmasters club. One club member is not able to sign in. She entered her name, and also tried email address, but nothing resolved. Please help us to trouble shoot this issue.

What is the member's first name.  All member email addresses on your site are good
Marievec has not yet opted in - she won't be able to access the site until she responds to the opt-in email. 
Am officer with access to the Membership Management module can resend the opt-in email, although it seems it was only recently sent.
