Club 1196053 eMails 'bouncing'

Greetings!

Need advice or assistance not sure which!

When sending an eMail to our clubs VPPR , VPM, etc, using the domain name of our club web site (eg. VPPR@confidentcommunicatorsclub.com) they appear to be being bounced or rejected with the following indication: "The server response was: Domain unrouteable, possible DNS misconfiguration.

I did have a DNS issue in February that was resolved, after which the emails were working.

FYI, I am able to logon to the club website using confidentcommunicatorsclub.com/ .

Any advice an/or assistance is welcome!

Your DNS records need to be set up as per the documentation:   docs.google.com/forms/d/1NaEvyJ1g2F31cBN...IOvKI/edit#responses

You only have one of the A records and the MX value should be 10.

Thank you for responding! I'd like to confirm the labels for the fields that are shown in the FTH Documentation vs. what is in Godaddy so that I can be sure I've done the update correctly. Yes, I am a bit of a rookie at this, but, I do know getting it right will prevent future problems, so again, I appreciate your assistance.

To Confirm does:

FTH Record type correspond to 'Type' in Godaddy
FTH Type correspond to 'Name' in Godaddy
FTH IP Address/URL correspond to 'Data' in Godaddy

Godaddy also has a field 'TTL' which I believe is 'Time To Live' which I believe can be set to 1 hour

If the above is true then I believe I would put the following in Godaddy:

Type                Entry                      Data                        TTL
A                      domain.ext            50.19.253.65.          1 Hour
A                      www.domain.ext     50.19.253.65.          1 Hour
A                      mail.domain.ext     50.19.253.65.          1 Hour
MX                     10                        mail.domain.ext       1 Hour

1 Final question if I may. I have additional entries in godaddy with type of NS, CNAME, and SOA. Can I leave these asis?

I haven't used Godaddy, but if those are the field names provided they look right.  I'm not sure if you edit the times or if they are system generated
Your first record is set up correctly
Of course you'll replace the word domain with your custom domain name confidentcommunicatorsclub
