unable to create / renew a HTTPS certificate - expires next week

We (club #2654) receive the below message, however, there isn't anything wrong with our DNS configuration or name (lenexatm.com) registration.  Our certificate expires next week.  What to do?

    e. The FTH server was temporarily unable to connect with the free LetsEncrypt! service to create the certificate. 
            (If so, this could be resolved automatically in a week.)
