Data Transfer Error Message when attempting to access Membership Management

Good afternoon. Our club leadership (VPM and VPPR mainly) have been experiencing the issue where whenever a site admin is logged in and attempts to access any modules from the Site Admin console (i.e. Membership Management) the system automatically logs us out with a DATA TRANSFER ERROR - Please see below is a screenshot of the error message.

I deleted the images and hyperlink in the floater text and then went back to membership mgt and it worked without the errors. Appreciate your help!
