Members emails to the group email not sending out

Hello.

My club is called Tillicum Toastmasters and our club number is 3435.  We have two members that when they send emails to "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." the email does not get delivered to the group. 

Their emails are:
linda-mah@shaw.ca 
naen@shaw.ca

The email address used to send to members-3435@ & officers-3435@ must be one in the member's site account.

The first address you listed is not the same address as that member's site account.

The second address listed is on their site account. The first step is to check that they didn't attempt to use a different email account to send to members-3435@
