Can't Add Members To Membership Management

We have been trying to add members to our club membership and when we add their name, phone number, and email and save, they are not saved to the list and do not get the welcome email.  

A common cause for this is the email you are trying to add is already in the system on another tab in the Membership Management module. (Friends, Guests, etc.)

If that's the case you can move them to the Members tab.

If it's not the case we need your club number to investigate.
