Cannot access my club website using freetoasthost 6859.toastmastersclubs.org

Hi since Thurs Jun 19, getting the same mySQL error that everyone is experiencing here.
My club website is 6859.toastmastersclubs.org, we also have a domain name deerparktoastmasters.org that directs to the website. Both URLs are not working and getting the error:
Software error:Cannot connect to MySQL database. Error=[Too many connections]
at /var/www/cgi-bin/dbi_db.pl line 66.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.Software error:[Fri Jun 20 13:28:35 2025] index.cgi: Cannot connect to MySQL database. Error=[Too many connections]
