FTH responded to a change in Gmail behavior

Some club's will find some of their member email addresses were replaced by the 'noemail' placeholder. This was caused by a change at Gmail and FTH has made the necessary adjustments to restore function. Affected clubs will need to restore their member's email address. If there is a bounce count error with the address please let us know on the forums.

In my experience at the club level, One drawback of allowing Guest and Prospect lists in emails is that when someone is added to these lists, FTH generates a Welcome note to the guest asking them to respond within 30 days to give permission for the use of their email address.  If your guest or prospect does not respond, the email will not be included with your mailout.

This is because of privacy and spam laws. You cannot add someones email to FTH without their opt-in.
