New member login challenges

From Kent Breidenstein Peak Speakers #00597395. I entered 3 new members. One cannot see name on drop down menus. I have been on video with her and screen-share as she went through the process for Xin Zhang   I went through it after re-entering her name and email. Still no luck. Thank you for your efforts. 

Has she completed the OPT IN process?
If not, resend the opt-in email.
You can tell if her name still has a line through it when you look at the member list.

You must type at least 4 letters for the name pop-up to work as Zin is only 3 they will have to type first and last name

Issue was resolved. Our club has many members learning English.
