Adding Prospects to FTH

I'm also having problems with the Membership Management Module.

I've added a 4 test contacts through the Contact Us form in the last 8 hours(all with different names and emails). I have received the "Contact Form submission" emails as the committee member but have not received any emails as the prospect (have checked spam and searched specifically for server@toastmastersclubs.org) and only one of the names are appearing on the Prospects list (with our without strikethroughs).

Please do not jump another's post.
When testing do not use your own Gmail address as Gmail will bounce the email if the From and To are the same Gmail address.

Also you cannot have duplicate email addresses in the members, etc areas.

I used 3 separate emails: 2 unique Gmail emails, one Outlook (yes, was a duplicate to be undeleted).
Does Delete only ever archive/ hide or is there a DB delete after x Days?

One of my tests used the gmail + function (which I've used for testing dozens of other systems) because it creates a unique email with auto forward.

The one account that did appear on the prospects list still did not receive an opt-in email and I've just tested a brand new email address I've never used:
Club Officer Email Received - YES
Name & Email added to Prospect list - YES
Opt-in email to prospect received - NO

I will need the email address you say did not receive the opt-in email so I can check the logs.
