Meeting Agenda Console not displaying

Hi Team,

I'm the VPM & Webmaster for St Georges #6312.

We haven't used agendas yet but I wanted to have a play with the templates and settings to see if it might suit our club now. 
Troubleshooting - I have:

• provided myself (VPM) access through Site Admin.
• cleared caches, cookies etc (all except passwords) for all time multiple times
• Added toastmastersclubs.org as allowed for pop-ups, third party cookies and java
• tried chrome and edge
• tried logging in as site admin and as member

I can see Agenda Templates & Settings, Membership Management and even Dues, but I do not have a Meeting Agenda option on my menu.

I've looked at as many existing support requests as possible and the documentation (which doesn't actually show where the Meeting Agenda menu item is displayed, it jumps straight to the date drop down).

What other things should I look at?

've seen some references to broken images or div tags in content affecting this which seems a bit odd when it doesn't affect the other "club officer" pages I have access to.

Appearance settings;

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/appearance

Uncheck the box next to 'Meeting Agendas'
