Member Email Rejected on Club FTH Website - FIXED - Can Close

Our club is West Shore Toastmasters #227

Recently the site started rejecting a member's email address, djlaw@pa.net, which is valid.  This email address works well with other sites.  I can send my fellow member emails from my email account just fine.

Here's the message I receive from FTH when I try to save the above email address as part of FTH Membership Management.
   You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:
   1. Invalid/Non-functioning E-mail: djlaw@pa.net (One Advertised SMTP server permanently refused mail.)

This rejection should not happen for an email address that works fine in every other context.

Your members email provider is blocking FTH email server.
He will need to talk to them

Hello. Finally on 9/17/25 the member confirmed that he can receive emails from our FTH website. We did not have to involve the member's email provider. Our FTH website now recognizes the email djlaw@pa.net as valid. Thank you to whoever fixed this. - Striver
